The SWAT army are democratic – which means everybody has a say in the actions taken by the army. However, much like in most governments, the leaders and owners get the final say. This is to prevent silly decisions that are clearly unbeneficial for SWAT, as all SWAT soldiers should have SWAT’s best interest at heart in their decision making. 

 

Stability Agreement implemented by Badboy, SWAT Godfather

• No leader, advisor, or anyone else is allowed to coup, demote, or remove a leader without calling a meeting to discuss the reasoning and circumstances. The person who is being put up for removal will also be included in the meeting. Owners, of the rank of Vice President or Director, are not allowed to form committees, rebellions, or uprisings against the leadership or advisory. Anyone in violation of this agreement are to be banished from SWAT until further notice.

SWAT is allies with Dark Warriors. We’ve been allies with the Dark Warriors most of the time in our history, and Code Red is no exception. The Dark Warriors have entered us into the Warrior Alliance where together we have taken on many major armies such as Underground Mafias Army and the Doritos. 

SWAT is allies with Ice Warriors, we allied with Ice Warriors when SWAT joined the Warriors Alliance – where alongside Dark Warriors and Golds the four of us would go on to take over the Doritos Empire and the Aliens. 

SWAT is friendly with Golds, we wouldn’t call ourselves allies just yet but definitely on friendly terms. The SWAT, Dark Warriors, Ice Warriors and Golds are four fastest growing armies in Club Penguin Armies. The alliance between the four would go on to take over the entire Aliens Empire and the Doritos Empire.

SWAT is neutral with every other army in the Club Penguin Online Army League (CPOAL)

A brief statement on the CODE RED! generation:

In SWAT’s time, there has been many generations that operated under Disney’s Club Penguin. When Club Penguin was shut down, SWAT was too, and had no intention of returning until the idea popped up in March 2020. Zuke, SWAT legend had brought SWAT back under the Club Penguin Online Army League and had picked up S Cargo2, Jaylen, and Sweater to lead the Code Red generation. The army has never dropped below 50+ in this generation so far, which has proved to be very successful. The SWAT army reopened its doors on April 4th, 2020.
